520 Park Avenue is an elegant 64-story, 35-unit building by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and Zeckendorf Development that creates a new beacon for the Upper East Side skyline. This classic pre-war limestone building needed to establish itself as an exciting new offering in light of other comparable projects, including the much talked about 432 Park.

In this highly collaborative project, a positioning was established that underscored the thoughtfulness with which the building was designed. For the collateral pieces, including a hard-bound coffee table style book and an engaging sales office video, RAMSA’s project sketches lived alongside bold, provocative imagery that hinted at the curated and discreet lifestyle that would be found there.
