Dahlia UWS is a CetraRuddy-designed, family-centric building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. It features an elevated greenspace and enjoys proximity to Central Park and Riverside Park. As such, a brand story was established that highlighted the green, family friendly elements of the building, guided by the building name, Dahlia, and tagline, “Life in Bloom.”
On the website and in a hardcover brochure, bold adjectives describing the project’s strengths are complemented by beautiful, accessible illustration by Michael Kirkham. A children’s activity book, distributed at the sales gallery, features more stunning illustrations and fresh takes on classic kids games as translated through the lens of the brand story.
